What this site is
Boost My Height is a reference database for one specific question: how much height does a given shoe actually add?
Most shoe reviews talk about cushioning, drop and weight. Almost none of them answer the question a lot of people are actually asking. We catalogue that number, model by model, across running, basketball, tennis, hiking, training and everyday sneakers — currently more than 900 models, in English, Spanish and German.
How we measure
Every figure on this site is published in both inches and centimetres, and reflects the height the shoe adds when worn.
What we do not do
We do not sell shoes, and we do not offer medical advice. If you are looking into height for health reasons rather than appearance, that is a conversation for a doctor, not a footwear site.
How the site pays for itself
Through Amazon affiliate commissions. The details are on our affiliate disclosure page — short version: it costs you nothing, and it does not change the numbers we publish.
